Project Requirements

To create high-quality visualizations, please provide:

• Drawings and floor plans in PDF or DWG format
• A lighting scheme (placement of fixtures, switches, etc.)
• Drawings of custom furniture (if individual modeling is required)
• An interior mood board or wall elevations to convey the style
• A text file listing the selected furniture (for example, links to models from 3ddd.ru)

The more detailed the brief, the more accurate the result!

Stages of Collaboration

1. Project Discussion
   I receive the technical brief from the client and we sign a work agreement.
2. Prepayment
   The client makes an advance payment — 50% of the total project cost.
3. Drafts
   I develop and deliver the first draft renders.
4. Revisions & Refinement
   The client may request up to two rounds of revisions (all comments should be submitted in a single file). After adjustments, I provide updated drafts. Any additional revisions are discussed separately and billed at an agreed rate.
5. Final Stage & Payment
   Once drafts are approved, the client pays the remaining 50%, and I proceed to prepare the final images.
6. Project Completion
   I deliver the finished images to the client. If needed, I can provide additional services such as panoramic views, alternative lighting scenarios, and more.
